Living Ripples
In partnership with The Phillips Foundation and Resilient Youth Australia, the Living Ripples project looks to evaluates the impact of a 3-year school wellbegin process, that supports schools to translate data into effective welbeing action plans.

Peer-led Play at School
This school-based intervention study evaluates the benefits of Resilient Youth Australia’s PLAY Leaders program on student wellbeing and learning engagement. The program involves a peer-led approach with whole-school involvement, and reporting using surveys completed by participating students.

Play Wild
In 2024 we commenced a new intervention trial of the nature play program for schools PLAY WILD. This peer-led program is designed to foster student wellbeing, social inclusion and connection, learning engagement and connection to nature. Teacher Burnout
To better understand the risk factors important in contributing to primary school teacher burnout, WiLDlab, in partership with researchers from Education, have been running a series of focus groups with school teachers.

Roots and Shoots Resource Box for Schools
This project evaluates the association between time spent outdoors with child school engagement, wellbeing and connection to nature. Data is collected as part of the amazing program run by the Jane Goodall Institute Australia, which provides a box of resources for primary schools across Australia aimed at educating students via interactive and action-based curriculum about wildlife, the natural environment and challenges facing the planet.
